My family has graciously agreed to allow me to blog about them on occasion as they are all such a big part of not only my dress making business but my day to day life in general. I thought I’d make a little key so that my stories make more sense:

Mom- Strongest woman I know. Extremely patient, kind and loving. Profession- yoga teacher

Dad- The best thing that could have ever happened to our family. Enough said. Profession- High school math teacher

Johanna- Older sister. Intelligent, fun, gorgeous and unfailingly generous. Amazing mother. Profession-High school math teacher

Emma- Younger sister. Super cool nerd, darkly funny. Extremely talented musician. Profession-student and my photographer (paid in sushi).

Matt- Brother-in-law (married to Johanna). The best big brother I never asked for. Profession- IRS accountant…or a different occupation that is similarly well received.

Emily-Niece. Dangerously adorable and way too smart for her own good.
